Heat Cramps Cause and Treatment

Heat cramps are irregular and involuntary spasm of muscles. The person who is physically active in hot weather,  is affected by heat cramps. They have strong connection with dehydration. Usually heat cramps attack the major muscles which are stressed in hot environment. Most of the cases, this attacks in leg and thigh, abdominal wall and back (core muscles) and biceps, triceps,  which are arm muscles.

The persons can also affected by this heat cramps after completing their task. From an experiment, its proven that the constructions workers get affected after completing the job.

Symptoms of Heat Cramps : 

  • Heat cramps usually begins when the persons work significantly in hot or humid environment. 
  • Significant sweating is the main symptoms of heat cramps in the larger muscle of the body. 
  • Muscle becomes painful. 
  • Intermittent. 
Treatment 
  • Taking rest in cool place 
  • Drinking fluid with mixing salt
  • Getting IV Fluid Rehydration.
